We currently ship within the UK only. All customers must provide a valid UK shipping address and must reside at or have access to the delivery location.
Shipping Costs & Checkout
Shipping costs are calculated per item and start from £5.95. The full breakdown of shipping fees and the total order amount will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
You may choose to cancel your order at any point before completing payment.
Order Confirmation
Before placing an order, please ensure that all selected details—sizes, colours, and styles—are correct.
Orders cannot be amended or changed once confirmed.
Please note: Product images may not exactly match item colours due to variations in display settings.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
- Full name
- Door number
- Street name
- Postcode
We do not take responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your parcel is sent to the wrong address due to customer error, you will need to arrange collection from that location. We ship orders strictly based on the information provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery Instructions & Safe Place Options
We recommend providing a safe place or specific delivery instructions at checkout, as some deliveries may not require a signature. If no one is available to receive the parcel, Royal Mail may:
- Leave it with a neighbour
- Leave it in a secure location
- Return it to the local delivery office and leave a card with further instructions
You can then arrange a redelivery or collection with Royal Mail directly.
Alternative Shipping Addresses
If paying by a major credit or debit card, the billing address must match the cardholder’s address. However, you may ship your parcel to an alternative UK address, provided all required details (e.g. company name or unit number) are included.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders on the Thursday closest to your order date.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–11 working days from dispatch
- No deliveries take place on UK bank holidays
- Delivery estimates are based on the dispatch date, not the order date
- Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday, typically between 9am and 3pm
Please note that any delivery updates from Royal Mail (texts, emails, etc.) are estimates only and may not reflect the exact delivery time.

We are not responsible for courier delays or changes to estimated delivery times. All items are made to order, and we do not accept returns unless the error is on our part.

ALL OF THE DELIVERY CHARGES ARE CALCULATED PER ITEM AND YOU WILL BE INFORMED OF THE FULL TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENT.

WE DO NOT HOLD LIABILITY FOR PARCEL DELIVERED TO ADDRESSES INCORRECTLY STATED ON THE ORDER.
A COLLECTION FROM THE WRONG ADDRESS STATED ON THE ORDER HAS TO BE ARRANGED BY THE CUSTOMER AS WE ARE NO LONGER IN POSSESSION OF THE PARCEL.
WE WOULD HAVE ONLY FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION INITIALLY REQUESTED ON THE PARCEL.
WE SUGGEST THAT YOU WRITE A SAFE PLACE OPTION OR A SPECIFIC DELIVERY REQUEST AS A SIGNATURE MAY NOT ALWAYS BE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY OF THE PARCEL.
IF THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO TAKE DELIVERY OUR CARRIERS MAY ATTEMPT TO LEAVE IT WITH A NEIGHBOUR OR IN A SAFE, SECURE LOCATION. A CARD MAY BE LEFT TO ADVISE THIS TO YOU, OR TO CONFIRM THAT THE PARCEL HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE LOCAL DEPOT. YOU CAN THEN CONTACT THEM TO ARRANGE COLLECTION OR TO SCHEDULE A NEW DELIVERY DATE PROVIDING THAT THE SERVICE IS APPLICABLE.
DEPENDENT OF YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT, YOU CAN HAVE YOUR PARCEL SHIPPED TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS. YOU MUST ENSURE THAT THE FULL ADDRESS DETAILS ARE INCLUDED, SUCH AS THE COMPANY ORGANISATION OR NAME. YOU CAN USE ANY AVAILABLE ADDRESS LINE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DETAILS SUCH AS COMPANY NAME OR OTHER SPECIFIC ADDRESS INFORMATION.
IF A MAJOR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IS USED ON OUR WEBSITE, THE BILLING ADDRESS MUST ALWAYS BE THE SAME ADDRESS TO WHERE THE CARD IS REGISTERED TO OTHERWISE THIS MAY PREVENT AN ORDER FROM GOING THROUGH SUCCESSFULLY.
AN ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING ADDRESS WORLDWIDE CAN BE SELECTED WITH THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT ALONGSIDE 3D SECURITY OBTAINED BY THE BANK.
WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE AN EXACT DATE OR TIME FOR THE DELIVERY AS THE PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 7-11 WORKING DAYS (UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE). YOUR ORDER WILL BE POSTED ON THE CLOSEST THURSDAY TO YOUR ORDER NO MATTER WHAT DELIVERY OPTION IS CHOSEN.
NO ORDERS ARE DELIVERED ON UK BANK HOLIDAYS. ALL DELIVERY DATES SHOULD BE ESTIMATED FROM THE DATE THE ORDER IS DISPATCHED WHICH IS USUALLY APPROXIMATELY 7-11 WORKING DAYS FROM THIS DATE.
ALL DATES FOR DELIVERY WHICH INCLUDE OTHER COURIER SERVICES I.E. DHL, DPD, PARCELFORCE SHOULD BE CALCULATED FROM THE DATE OF DISPATCH AND NOT FROM THE DATE OF ORDER. CERTAIN COURIERS PROVIDE HOUR TIME SLOTS ON THE MORNING OF DISPATCH TO INFORM CUSTOMERS OF THE TIME FOR DELIVERY.
OUT OF OUR CURRENT COURIERS ON ALL ORDERS IT IS ONLY ROYAL MAIL WHO CONDUCTS SATURDAY DELIVERIES BETWEEN 9AM-3PM.
ALL OTHER ORDERS ARE DELIVERED BETWEEN MONDAY AND FRIDAY BETWEEN 9AM- 5PM (7PM FOR CERTAIN COURIERS).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SENT FROM THE COURIERS SUCH AS TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAILS ARE NOT A GUARANTEE OF THE EXACT DELIVERY TIMES. THIS CAN SOMETIMES BE SENT IN ERROR AND IS NOT AN EXACT REPRESENTATION OF THE TIMESCALE.
