Inside, TV guides dated January 2020, magazines, and abandoned tills lie undisturbed. The ceiling panels are missing, wires dangle overhead, graffiti covers the once-clean aisles, and broken glass crunches beneath our boots.
We snuck in through the rooftop car park and squeezed through a jammed fire exit into the pitch-black interior. Despite multiple attempts, gaining entry to the neighboring abandoned HSBC bank proved impossible.
It’s like stepping into a time capsule—but with every shadow and echo reminding us just how eerie and abandoned this place truly is.
